Summary[]
As dusk falls, Sung Jinwoo enters a secluded forest to summon an Instance Dungeon for his Job Change Request. A massive purple void gate appears, and Jinwoo steps inside, despite not completing his Daily Quest. As he navigates the dungeon, he discovers that potions, Full Recovery, and Store access are disabled, and he can't leave until the quest is finished. Soon, he faces a heavily armored Knight, realizing his initial attacks are ineffective. After a fierce battle, Jinwoo defeats the Knight using his raw strength but regrets wasting a Fatal Strike. As more enemies close in, he fights off assassins and mages, realizing the need to improve his intellect to counter future threats. After defeating his foes, he equips new armor and prepares for the next phase of the quest. Opening a massive door, Jinwoo encounters Knight Commander Igris the Bloodred, a formidable opponent that reminds him of the ominous double dungeon.

As dusk settles, Sung Jinwoo withdraws into the secluded woods, aware of the potential dangers that come with summoning an Instance Dungeon. Reflecting on his past encounters with other instance dungeons, he decides to move forward with the Job Change Request. Suddenly, a massive purple void gate, crackling with lightning, materializes before him. Just as he's about to enter, Jinwoo realizes he hasn't completed his Daily Quest, but he chooses to delay it until later.
Walking through a corridor, everything seems unexpectedly normal until a notification appears, informing Jinwoo that within this area, potions, Full Recovery, and Store access are disabled. He also learns that he won’t recover his stats upon leveling up or leave until the quest is finished. The sound of metal clashing grows louder in the distance, prompting Jinwoo to retrieve Kasaka's Venom Fang from his Inventory. A magical beast clad in armor, a Knight, charges toward him, sword in hand.
Jinwoo strikes first with a swift slash, but it has no effect. Startled, he prepares for another charge from the Knight, and their weapons clash. Utilizing his agility, Jinwoo creates some distance and activates Fatal Strike, aiming for a critical hit to the Knight's chest. However, the attack fails to penetrate the armor. Dodging the Knight's blows with nimble movements, Jinwoo recalls his victory over Kasaka and replicates the feat, tearing the Knight apart with his raw strength. The Knight's helmet clatters to the ground, its body smoldering as it collapses, and Jinwoo gains a level. Regretting the wasted Fatal Strike, Jinwoo readies himself for more combat as additional knights close in.
Jinwoo battles one adversary after another using only his physical prowess, but he soon realizes his stamina has limits. As he considers taking a brief rest, he senses a stealth attack and narrowly evades it, swiftly dispatching the assassin. He then dodges a blast from a mage. This relentless assault reminds Jinwoo of previous battles and the specific tactics required to defeat each type of enemy. As fatigue sets in, Jinwoo recognizes the need to increase his intellect attribute to better counter mages and preserve his skills.
After finishing off the last of his foes, Jinwoo discovers a B-Rank chestplate on one of the corpses. He equips all the armor in his inventory for the first time and is pleased to see that the pieces are invisible. With new gear and his fatigue restored, he's as prepared as possible for the next phase of the quest. He pushes open a massive door, greeted by a gust of wind. When Jinwoo spots his next opponent, he's reminded of the mysterious double dungeon.
Knight Commander Igris the Bloodred, a formidable foe clad in bright red plate armor with a name glowing overhead, stands before an empty throne. Jinwoo feels a surge of intimidation just from his presence.
