Summary[]
Jinah wakes up briefly in Jinwoo's apartment, noticing his untouched dinner and wondering where he is, before wishing he returns in time for her school meeting. Meanwhile, in the Penalty Zone, Jinwoo defeats centipedes, levels up, and acquires new abilities, including the Knight Killer dagger and Rulerโs Hand skill. After completing the penalty quest, he returns to the throne room, realizes the Knights are summoned creatures, and quickly takes down the Mages controlling them with his new skills.
Plot Details[]
In the quiet of Jinwoo's apartment, his sister Jinah is briefly awakened by a vague and unsettling dream. After visiting the bathroom, she notices the dinner she prepared for Jinwoo remains untouched on the table. Curious about his late absence, she wonders if he's still working or even possibly seeing someone, a thought she quickly dismisses with a laugh. As she returns to bed, Jinah has a simple wish: for her brother to come home in time for her school's upcoming guardian-teacher meeting.
Meanwhile, in the Penalty Zone, Jinwoo defeats dozens of centipedes, leveling up and fully restoring his health. He takes a moment to search for a new weapon and finds a dagger, Knight Killer, which offers a damage bonus against armor. He also redeems the ability Rulerโs Hand, a telekinesis-like skill earned from battling Igris the Bloodred. With these new assets, Jinwoo is ready to continue the fight.
After completing the penalty quest, Jinwoo is teleported back to the throne room, where the number of Knights has multiplied tenfold. As he battles, Jinwoo realizes that he doesn't gain experience from defeating the Knights and concludes that they are merely summoned creatures, with the Mages being the real targets. He swiftly locates a Mage and uses his new skill, Dagger Toss, to kill it, causing the summoned Knights to crumble. Jinwoo quickly dispatches the remaining three Mages.
