As he ascends the castle’s many floors, he slaughters countless demons, gaining strength and experience along the way. To speed up his progress, he summons a powerful shadow ice bear, naming it Tank.
Meanwhile, Yoo Jinho formally requests his father, Yoo Myung-Han, for permission to take over Yoojin Guild. During their conversation, Go Myung-Hwan recounts the Red Gate Incident, highlighting Jinwoo’s incredible power. Though skeptical, Yoo Myung-Han agrees—on the condition that Jinwoo joins the guild. He has been fixated on one thing—the Elixir of Life, a legendary item that holds the power to cure his mother, Park Kyung-Hye, from her mysterious illness. The thought of seeing her awake and healthy again fuels his determination.
As he enters the Demon King’s Castle, an enormous and oppressive tower-like structure, he expects to face strong opponents, but what happens next still catches him off guard. A new system notification appears, assigning him an impossibly difficult quest—to kill 10,000 magic beasts within the dungeon. The sheer number of enemies he must face is staggering, and even for someone of his strength, it seems like an overwhelming task. But Jinwoo does not hesitate.
