Dragons are a race of draconic beings that are ruled by Antares, Monarch of Destruction, King of Dragons.

Overview

Much like the mythical creatures they are named after, dragons are large serpent-like creatures often depicted as winged, horned, four-legged, and capable of breathing fire and others depicted as wingless, four-legged, serpentine creatures with above-average intelligence. Some are Western depiction of dragons, being giant feral reptiles with horns and wings. Other dragon species appeared smaller with only two legs while drakes appeared as giant and wingless behemoths and others as ancient-class dragons, sky dragons and dragonewts possessing humanoid appearances.

Abilities

As a species, dragons are possibly the strongest and most powerful magic beasts, capable of both flight, overwhelming physical prowess, high physical and magical resistance with the special abilities of unleashing powerful torrent of fire. The power of a dragon is not underestimated as the first dragon to appear on Earth, managed to destroy part of the Eastern seaboard area of the USA, millions of deaths, and killing thousands of Hunters.

Dragon bone has excellent compatibility to magical energy. Among the most vilest and cruelest skills of dragons' was Dragon’s Fear.

Trivia

• In the revised timeline, the Shadow Monarch in his quest to eliminate the Monarchs from ever posing a threat to the universe, hunted down every dragon, rendering the entire species extinct. Only one egg though was spared from the slaughter, though it is unknown if this was by accident or intentional by Jinwoo.
• The eggs of every other dragons were used by Siddarth Bachach to transform India's Hunters into dragonewts.
• Ragnar is the only dragon left, son of Kamish and priest of Suho.
