Lee Chul-Jin was a Korean C-Rank Hunter and a member of Hwang Dongsuk's strike squad. When he attempted to kill Jinwoo as revenge for murdering one of his comrades, the former stabbed him with his dagger, activating the weapon's Bleed effect and consequently causing him to die from excessive blood loss.
