Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow- (俺だけレベルアップな件 Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow-, Ore dake Level Up na Ken Season 2: Arise from the Shadow), is the second season of anime adaptation of Chu-Gong's Solo Leveling webnovel and the accompanying webtoon series.
It is announced for a 13-episode, and premiered on January 4th, 2025.
Plot[]
Over a decade has passed since gateways, or "Gates," connecting different dimensions to our world began to appear worldwide. These Gates brought a continuous struggle between superhumanly empowered individuals, known as "Hunters," and the monsters lurking in the dungeons beyond. Typically, a Hunter’s abilities do not grow or change rank after awakening. However, low-ranked Hunter Sung Jinwoo, once known as "The Weakest Hunter of All Mankind", acquired the unprecedented power to "Level Up" during a raid in a rare double dungeon.
Through relentless battles, Jinwoo honed his abilities and eventually completed a "Job Change Quest," acquiring the title of "Shadow Monarch," which allows him to command an army of shadow soldiers. Now, driven by the hope of curing his ailing mother, Jinwoo sets out on a new journey to obtain materials for the "Holy Water of Life".
