The Shadow Authority, is the fraudulent Authority over Death and the ability to command the dead, by using the Power of 'Death' and belongs to the God-like Shadow Monarch.

The Shadow Authority grants the user absolute control over Death and its power, it's the core essence of power that made the being known as the Shadow Monarch, The King that rules over Death, as its the power of a god, granting God-like status. As such, they can use this power to draw the power of death from The Sea of Afterlife, a place at the darkest, emptiest, and most bottomless abyss, an infinite spiritual universe where all the souls of the dead of the physical universe roam, and can use it however they please. The Sovereign of Death can use this power to retrieve the souls of the dead from the deep sea and make them his legions through Shadow Extraction.
When summoning creatures, using the power of death, the user becomes stronger and stronger as the battle becomes fiercer. Its truly a scary ability that scares many higher beings, as not only can the user’s own powers continue to grow stronger, but they can also even control their vanquished enemies as their own summoned creatures to reach an unfathomable degree, granting Eternal Creation of soldiers under their command, making this power unparalleled.
Additionally, this power renders its wielder effectively immortal since they transcend death, making them virtually impossible to kill. Death does not affect them in the same way as it does other beings, establishing the Shadow Monarch as the 'One True Immortal Being'.
This power came into being when the Absolute being placed it into his most loyal servant, in hopes to destroy everything he created, should any of them rebel, The First Shadow Monarch Ashborn used that power to gather the enemies he defeated and gradually grew the Immortal Shadow Army, allowing him to face several Monarchs and Rulers with just that power alone and then this power was given to The Second Shadow Monarch, Sung Jinwoo, who inherited his legacy, was different and didn't only use the shadow monarch's power to create an army like Ashborn but he mastered the abilities of the soldiers themselves, becoming a being worthy to called a legion by himself.
