The World of Eternal Slumber or World of Repose, is the world where all the shadow soldiers of the Shadow Monarch reside in.
Overview[]
A massive dimension accessible to the wielder of Authority Over Death, it is the place where the Monarch of the Dead's denizen resides. With it, it is able to ensnare the realms of other Monarchs as Ashborn demonstrated after taking Baran's corpses alongside the deceased demon king's soldiers.
In addition, the possibilities of what it can do is seemingly endless as it possess ores and natural resources. It is heavily implied the master of the World of Eternal Slumber can shape the world in whatever way they want and wishes.
The Dimension of Infinite Darkness is a vast, timeless realm serving as the home to over 10 million Shadow Soldiers. Characterized by its eternal twilight under purple and white skies, this dimension lacks the natural passage of day and night. At its heart lies a towering, exquisite majestic castle, surrounded by various territories and structures scattered across the boundless limitless land.
A central landmark is the 'Divine Liege Statue', an immense stone monument of Sung Jinwoo. The statue depicts him holding one of Antares' fangs in his outstretched right hand, while his left arm cradles the young Suho, his son, who sits with a bright expression against his chest.
The dimension is governed by the Authority Over Death, a power that grants its wielder omnipotent power and control within this world—including the ability to create, change, or destroy anything at will within this world, essentially granting them absolute control in that world. However, this power is confined strictly to the dimension and cannot be used outside of it.
Only Shadow Soldiers may freely enter or exit the dimension without the master's permission, as it is a land of the dead. Any other being—whether human or Awakened—will gradually lose their vitality upon entry, eventually becoming a wandering dead. Time is suspended in this world, rendering it a realm of consciousness separate from the flow of time in the real world.
While all Monarchs possess their own dimensional domains, Sung Jinwoo is unique in that he carries this entire realm within his shadow, making it exist beyond death and the world itself.
